株式会社日本ビー・エム・サプライズは1974年に英国系商社ドッドウエル･エンド･コンパニー･リミテッド社の全面バックアップを受け設立されました。
以来、商社として社会的な役割を担い現在に至ります。
商社としての活動をベースとしながらも、次世代を担う子供達に伝えるべく「ひみつプロジェクト」【人（ひと）未来（みらい）つなげるプロジェクト】を展開。元プロ野球選手が中心となり活動したスポーツ事業部（2001年～2004年）や3世代クローズドSNS（老親見守りアプリ）の開発（2012年～2014年）など、商社の枠にとらわれない幅広い活動をしております。
近年、AIの発達や全自動化の流れを受け、クルマのあり方が大きく変革しています。
クルマに対する価値観が大きく変化しさらに無機質化する未来に、本来あるべきクルマとヒトとの関係性を残すことが必要だと考えました。
この世の中の流れの中で、変わらずお客様がクルマを所有する喜び、そして駆け抜ける喜びを感じられる環境づくりを提供することを目指し、このたび自動車販売事業を開始いたしました。

株式会社日本ビー・エム・サプライズ（以下「当社」）は、お客様に係る個人情報（以下、「お客様情報」）の取り扱いについて、個人情報保護に関する法令、その他の規則を遵守し、お客様からお預かりした情報は次の通り正しく安全に管理いたします。
Our company, B.M. Surprise (“we”), will comply with all laws regarding the protection of personal information and any other regulations or rules related to the the handling of personal information. We will manage personal information obtained from you as written below.

②. 当社は、お客様情報の取り扱いに関するお問い合わせに対して、誠実に対応いたします。

③. 当社は、お客様情報を適切に収集し、ご本人に無断で第三者には提供いたしません。

1. お客様情報の利用目的 Purpose of use
お客様情報の利用は、利用目的の範囲内で業務の遂行に必要な限りにおいて行います。

2. お客様情報の収集 How we collect personal information
当社は、利用目的を明示し適正かつ合法的な方法によってお客様情報を収集いたします。
We will clarify our purpose of use and will collect personal information appropriately in a legal manner.
古物取引に基づく安全と保安を目的に、売買契約時に運転免許証のコピーを頂いております。
We will take a copy of your driver’s license for the safety and security of trading antiques.
3. お客様情報の管理について How we handle personal information
お客様情報の取り扱いについて、個人情報に関する法令、その他の規則を遵守するとともに、細心の注意をもって管理いたします。
We will handle your personal information with extreme care in accordance with all laws regarding the protection of personal information and any other regulations or rules related to the the handling of personal information.
お客様情報を適切・かつ厳重に管理し、情報の漏えいや紛失、不正なアクセス、破壊･改ざんが起きないよう安全対策を講じます。
Personal information will be handled properly and securely and we will take various safety measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal information and leakage, loss, destruction, and falsification of personal information.
お客様情報を業務委託先に提供する場合は、最低限必要な情報に限り、当社と同等以上の個人情報管理が行われることを要請いたします。
When we provide personal information to our outsourcing companies, we will provide only the minimum amount of information required. We will make sure that our outsourcing companies will handle the personal information provided with at least the same privacy policy level as our company’s privacy policy level.
4. お客様情報の第三者への提供について Provision of personal information to third parties
当社は、お客様情報を保護するために、お客様情報を適切に管理し、以下の何れかに該当する場合を除き、第三者に開示いたしません。
In order for us to protect personal information, we will handle your personal information properly and will not disclose any personal information to third parties except under the following circumstances.
①お客様の同意がある場合
When we have your consent
②警察機関・裁判所等の公的機関により開示を要求された場合や、当社の権利・財産を保護する目的等においては、法律に基づき開示することがございます。
When disclosure is required by the police or the court or when it is necessary to do so in order to protect our company’s rights or assets in accordance with the law.
③当社および関係会社は、商品の配送や回収をする場合、またお客様に有益な情報を提供する場合に共同利用することがございます。共同利用する場合においても適切な保護をして開示いたします。
Our company may share your personal information with our associated companies when shipping or collecting products or when providing beneficial information to our customers. When sharing the information, we will take proper measures to make sure that the information is protected and disclosed safely.
④お客様が当社で購入された商品等に対して、製造メーカー等より、商品回収（リコール）の要請があった場合、当該商品に係るお客様の連絡先等の情報を、製造メーカー等に開示することがございます。
Our company may disclose your personal information, such as your contact information, to a manufacturer when a recall is initiated on a product that you have bought through our company.
5. お客様情報に関するお問い合わせ Inquiries regarding the handling of personal information
お預かりした個人情報につきましては、お客様から自己の情報について開示、訂正又は利用停止を求められた場合には対応させて頂きます。なお、提示開示の際には実費分の手数料をいただく場合がございます。詳しくは、ご請求の際にご説明させていただきます。また、一部のサービスで自己の情報について訂正又は利用停止を請求されても、全てのサービスにその請求内容が反映されない場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
As for the personal information obtained, we would like to respond to your requests for the disclosure, correction, or suspension of use of your own personal information. When doing so, we may charge you with the fees for the necessary expenses. We would like to explain more in detail about the fees when we have actually decided that a charge is necessary. In addition, some of your partial requests for the correction or suspension of use of your personal information may not be reflected on all of the services that we provide.
